“Road To Templestowe”
As part of her residency Emmy has produced paintings and monotypes focusing on the distinct Melbourne suburban views, as did Streeton & the Heidelberg School artists. Emmy’s painting ‘Road to Templestowe,’ 2017 Oil on linen was inspired by Sir Arthur Streeton’s 1889 painting with the same title.
